If you ever experience an issue with your Hunter Douglas products, simply give us a call or shoot us an email. We will file the initial warranty claim with Hunter Douglas and begin the service process on your behalf.

If it is determined that our staff needs to take over the service appointment, New Creation Interiors will gladly cover the first hour of service as a courtesy. Should the appointment require more than one hour to complete, any additional service time will be billed at $45.00 per hour.

This policy allows us to continue providing prompt, reliable support while helping to keep our service department available for all of our valued clients.
